SKILL DEVELOPMENT 

Hello, for the first time this week, I will be offering speed, agility, and strength training at the Drill House Sports Center within the Family Sports Center in Centennial, CO. This will couple greatly with the shooting clinics offered right after at 7 am so your athlete can receive the prior off-ice training alongside developing their shot at shooting clinic to follow.
